This is a spectacular hotel right in the heart of Glenwood - making it easy to enjoy downtown but also to jump off to multiple sites. The on site restaurants (breakfast and brewery) made it easy to enjoy delicious meals before the day and after the day. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well furnished. And the staff was incredibly kind and hospitable. Would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property

I was in a bad spot. Left my phone in a closed business and had nowhere else to go. They lock doors at certain point but Lartisha still allowed me inside. The rooms are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Beautiful place and fantastic service. When I had questions about my bill(in a more sober mind) Swapnil was very helpful and got me in touch with the general manager Janica who was also awesome and who explained why my room was what it was cost wise. They were all very helpful and I couldn’t recommend them more. Will be the only place I ever stay out there again.

Stayed the weekend of Nov 21st for 3 nights and we loved our stay here! Perfect location walking distance to everything in the area with ease. Everything was very clean and in great shape. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet and well appointed. Low water pressure would be my only issue by common in older buildings so no worries. Loved the history and finally the staff where always very nice. Will stay here again for sure.

We stay in Glenwood Springs 2-3 x per year with our dog and don't normally stay in a hotel because he's a big boy. However, this year I-70 closed and we weren't able to go home and needed a quick place to stay for one night while we waited to the freeway to open up. We were lucky enough to find this place and will ONLY come here from now on. I love it x 1000! Every moment of our time at the hotel was PERFECTION. The lobby is gorgeous, warm, and comfortable. The room was ginormous, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Our room had 2 king beds with "historic views" lol-- that means windows to the lobby. But it was awesome & private. All the guests and staff love dogs--my dog had it just they way he wanted--getting lots of pets and attention. No matter who we met in the lobby my dog was warmly greeted and we felt so welcomed. I love this place. I'll be back!

This was a beautiful boutique hotel, with nods back to its original roots but plenty of modern comforts. Our family appreciated the large room, the decor in the lobby, and the super convenient coffee/breakfast shop and brewery downstairs. It’s pet friendly, clean, and very conveniently located to talk all over downtown Glenwood Springs. Thank you all, we will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel perfectly situated along the Colorado River and the historic train station. Everyone I met on the team working there were friendly, helpful, and engaging. They did a great job in remodeling this hotel, keeping lots of the quirky charm and making it also feel high end. *The hotel also happens to have the best coffee shop in town within its building.* The only critique I have is that the doors have very little insulation, so noise transfer from the hallway is not great. It's a small hotel, so people aren't passing through the hallways all hours of the night, but when they do you can hear conversations pretty clearly.

Great Location! It may sound strange, but I liked the vibe here before the renovations. They should have spend some money on the mattresses. Ours was not the most comfortable. But we will return when we come back to Glenwood Springs.

We had a great stay at Maxwell Anderson Hotel. Our room was large, clean, and extremely comfortable. The king size bed was wonderful. Swap, the desk clerk, went out of his way to help us. The Coffee Shop in the hotel was the perfect way to start our day the next morning. The coffees and breakfast burrito were delicious.

I love this hotel! I take the train from Grand Junction a couple times a month and stay here. The rooms are beautiful, and the beds are so comfortable. The people who work here are kind and sweet. And I love the coffee shop and restaurant that are attached to the hotel. Five stars!
